Parul University's Signature Law Events
Parul University's signature law events, Samvidhan Pe Charcha and the Parul International Mediation Competition (PIMC) create an active, engaging, and experiential learning environment, allowing students to engage with law. From analyzing the Constitution in stimulating discussions and then debating it within a Moot Court to taking part in mediation simulations set in context, students will explore law at all levels. Participants will be mentored through workshops and competitions and encouraged to apply their developing advocacy, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills by judges, lawyers, and other experts from across the country and the globe. These events at PU will be more than studying the law, they will be studying the law, questioning the law, and creating the future of justice with excitement, reflection, and diligence.
Parul International Mediation Competition (PIMC)
The Parul International Mediation Competition (PIMC), hosted annually by the Parul Institute of Law, is a premier global platform promoting mediation and alternative dispute resolution (ADR) skills. Through simulated real-world disputes, participants assume roles of mediator, counsel, and client, honing negotiation and communication abilities. Featuring judges from India's Supreme Court and top law firms, PIMC bridges theory with practice, empowering future legal professionals with hands-on conflict resolution experience.
